Yoga & Mindfulness for Kids and Youth
I have been working with children and young people for many years on their emotional and psychological development. In addition to specific therapies tailored to the individual child, I often include yoga and meditation techniques because of the scientifically proven benefits to self-esteem and mental abilities.
I also have a certificate as a yoga teacher, which I use in teaching group programs for children and youth of all ages.
